Customer Rating:      Summary: small business management Comment: I received the book and it is in perfect condition, however there was NO printed access card accompanying it. I was concerned with the time period that it took for delivery, seems the book spent four days in Philadelphia, then traveled to NJ...it took over a week to make it's destination and I only live an hour and 1/2 away.
